The government of Guatemala is a constitutional democratic republic. The population of Guatemala is estimated at just over 13 million people living on 108, 430 square km of land. Guatemala is located in central American bordering the Caribbean sea and the Pacific Ocean between Mexico and El Salvador and Honduras and Belize. The weather is tropical - hot and humid in the lowlands cooling off somewhat in the highlands.
